The diamond wires are composed by 20% diamond grain and nylon PA612, it’s sharp and durable abrasive tools. Then the wires were installed on frankfurt shape plinth using metal buckle by automatic installing machine. It’s widely used on automatic polishing machine to create antique or leather surface on marble,travertine, limestone these natural stone and artificial stone like terrazzo. Frankfurt diamond abrasive brushes are typically used for the initial, rough polishing phase. The regular grit options for this phase include 24# 36#, 46#, 60#, 80#, and 120#. Following this, silicon carbide abrasive brushes can be used with grits ranging from 80# to 1000#, depending on the desired level of polishing. They are the most effective tools for polishing and creating a antique or leather finish surface on both natural marble or artificial stones. It has better ability of making antique surface due to its uneven wires surface after installing to the frankfurt brush, it can reach to every area of the stones.
