3 Axis Infrared Saw Cutter Tile Granite Quartz Stone Bridge Cutting Machine

Infrared Bridge Cutting Machine adopts microcomputer control, touchable operation panel which helps operate the machine very easily. It can be used to cut slabs into different shapes like rectangle, octagon, arc and perfect circle etc.

 1. Mechanical part: The cross beam is cast as a whole with a length of 4.8 meters. The beam cover is a windproof organ cover. The side beam is 4.5 meters long. All beams are designed with wide oil grooves. The main engine has four solid chrome-plated guide columns for lifting. The four guide columns are protected with wear-resistant guide bushes of ductile cast iron. The four guide columns are all oil-immersed and lubricated, so waterproof, dust-proof, and durable. High-strength screw is adopted to connect the whole machine. The main shaft box adopts first-level belt speed change, the bearing adopts ball rolling bearing, the side beam transmission adopts screw nut transmission, and the position of the side beam motor reducer adopts waterproof offset setting. The worktable can be rotated 360 degree in the horizontal plane, with a positioning angle of 45 degree and can be tilted 85 degree.

2. Electrical part: wall-mounted electric control box, PLC computer operating system, LCD touch screen with Chinese and English operation interface, wireless remote control, famous switch buttons, Japan's OMRON relays and encoders, high waterproof limit switch. Main motor 15/18.5/22KW-6P, total power 24.5/26/26KW.

3. Hydraulic part: double hydraulic lift of main engine, solenoid valve, double-layer thickened high-pressure oil pipe.

4. The diameter of the spindle is 50MM, the diameter of the blade holder is 300M. One blade can be hung. Chuck diameter 30MM.
